Nextlink Internet expands 5G private network services across the underserved mid-west

Using the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS), NextLink is deploying a large-scale private LTE across the midwest in eleven states.   The Nextlink deployment includes Alpha Wireless AW3161 3.5 GHz antenna working with Nokia radios in an LTE network that can be easily upgraded to 5G. The Alpha Wireless CBRS-ready antenna solutions include pseudo-omni, small cell, beamforming, concealment, and tri-sector antennas that increase capacity and coverage. The network will provide high-speed internet services for remote work, online learning, telehealth services, agricultural IoT, and digital entertainment across America’s heartland in underserved regions.
